Good Impressions is a digital marketing agency that has helped ~60 effective nonprofits, think tanks, and foundations increase engagement with their content, research, services, courses, contests, programs, fellowships, and events. We are funded by Longview Philanthropy and Open Philanthropy and work primarily with organizations focused on making sure AI is safe, mitigating biosecurity risks, improving the lives of farmed animals, helping people living in extreme poverty, and building the Effective Altruism community.
We are looking for marketing or communications professionals to support our clients with specialties beyond our current expertise (which is in paid ads, website optimization, and web analytics).
Our collaboration could take many forms. For example, the commitment could be limited to answering questions in a meeting, or it could be as involved as managing a team that is planning and implementing entire projects.
Good Impressions brings for-profit communications techniques and approaches to our non-profit partners. For this reason, the ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience in a for-profit or high-stakes marketing or communications role and want to use those skills to work on pressing global issues.
